Happy Wednesday to you!

Any time you decide to strengthen your relationship with God, the enemy will try to make you feel guilty about your shortcomings. The enemy wants your embarrassment to lead to your inaction. In those moments you need to declare, "Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Afterwards, continue to walk with God and glorify His name.

God's word is accessible and has the power to comfort, heal, and strengthen you. However, you can not declare His word over your circumstances if you don't know it. That's why you have to read the Bible daily. As you study God's word, it will become imprinted on your heart and in your mind. When moments arrive (like the previously mentioned scenario), you can declare God's promises with assurance. You can always be certain of this— God's word never fails.

2 Corinthians 1:18 But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No. 19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. 20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 21 Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, 22 who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
