In this week's posts, we've been discussing the importance of spiritual wellness. Yesterday's post outlined a few ways to tend to our spiritual needs. In today's post, I actually perform the first exercise mentioned in Wednesday's list. It was a beautiful day of quiet, reflection, and thanksgiving.
