A Homeowner's Prayer
(For all who own a home. For those who are currently in the process of purchasing a home. For all those who desire to own a home.)
Lord God, the earth is Yours, as well as everything in it.
Therefore, I pray that You would bless this property that You have loaned to me.
Bless the exterior and interior of this home.
Help me to be an excellent steward over this property and this land.
Give me peace in this region of the earth.
Grant me favor with my neighbors and all who enter into this neighborhood.
Let our community flourish that Your name may be glorified, here.
Let the income needed to sustain this land and this property be ever-flowing.
Bless the meals that are prepared and consumed here.
Bless the inhabitants of this home as we depart and as we return.
God, I request that Your presence always be in this home and around this home.
Bless the land for Your goodness’ sake.
